Phantom of the Opera Oner
I explore the world of Gaston Leroux’s “The Phantom of the Opera” in a challenging AI continuous motion shot, or “oner.” Set in Paris in 1881, the camera flies through the iconic Opera Garnier - and into the depths beneath it.
I created the sense of one continuous take by using a node-based interface to link start frame and end frame AI video generations together. Then, I meticulously matched the color and motion of each shot in Adobe Premiere to help the transitions feel seamless. All storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, and color correction was done by me.
